Friendliness of staff, lay out of hotel

Location to beach, port, bars etc. Although buffet breakfast & lunch the food was excellent & lots of choice. Drinks were very reasonable & service was good, staff very accomodating. Pool area was relaxing.

Good hotel with spacious rooms with balcony, situated close to the Port Dania and the Castle. Good and fast wifi, nice pool zone with bar, friendly staff. A large parking zone outside. Very good free buffet, spacious bar zone near the pool. Despite of full booking, the hotel isn't noisy that I appreciate.

Friendly staff. Fabio the Entertainment Manager “Animador” was great with our children. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner buffet was easy to add as an extra when we wanted it. Location was acceptable, with short walk to beach and medium walk to town. We found the room had a fridge, allowing us to buy some lunch food stuff and keep it in our room fresh.

Pros: nice location, very clean room, friendly staff, nice pool area, good breakfast with plenty of options and made to order omelets, scrambled eggs etc.

Great location, had a boutique feel to it. Room was large, food was just excellent and staff were very friendly. Kids club on property was brilliant.

Overall the hotel was really nice, grand and clean. We really enjoyed the pool area with the nice palm trees, the spa & wellness center (staff was really nice). The breakfast was amazing. The parking area was big, we always found a space to park our car which was really convenient. The hotel was very well located, 15 min walk from the city centre and 5 min from the beach.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are arranged practical, spacious and the bed was good. Nice option at the breakfast for a freshly made omelette or scrambled eggs.

Good breakfast, good room service, walking distance from the center, easy to park in the street, very friendly staff.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. There was a beach very close by.
